5. Redistribution of the Repository

This policy defines “redistribution” as the behaviors of inclusion of the Gnoppix repository (and its mirrors) or packages obtained from the Gnoppix repository as a part of the distributed image of the operating system or sysroots. Redistribution also includes the behaviors of Linux distributions to provide the utilities that enable Gnoppix repository by users’ choice, or to provide any distributed or official document that guide users to enable Gnoppix repository (and its mirrors) by their means. End users and third-party mirrors are not subject to the redistribution policy.

Redistribution of Gnoppix repository is hereby exclusively authorized to everyone in the world.

This is about open source code from everyone, a global community, source code has been placed under an open source license, in most cases it is the GPL. We do not presume to have any rights to source code by simply re-building it. This includes our own software. As said above, due to the large number of packages, we cannot always rule out the possibility that non-open source licenses have been used. If you discover an error, please contact us immediately.

6. Redistribution
